Bonjour.

I'm thrilled you have stumpled upon my cakery blog! My offical name is Brittany Kolodziej (Ka-low-gee). It's much easier to pronounce with a little help, trust me! I'm newly married to a wonderful Polish man and we are expecting our first child (I'm rooting for a girl!) early next year. I'm barely just beginning to scratch the surface of cake constructing and decorating, it started as just a hobby, but it definitely has the potential to turn into a career! When people talk about dream jobs, this would be mine. Feel free to take a look around and see all of my work so far, I'm very excited to continue learning and perfecting my skills, enjoy!
